How do I make an order?

You need to be registered and logged in to view prices, once you're logged in you can go to the product page and click "Add to Cart" then go to your cart located in the top right hand corner of the website, please enter and review all the details just to make sure everything is correct.

Do you delivery to the EU?

Yes, we can deliver to the EU but please be aware that you are responsible for paying import/customs fees, delivery fees are calculated at the checkout

How do I apply for Buy Now Pay Later?

Once you're registered with our website you can then email info@mrzwholesale.com for a form and once we've done a credit check we'll tag your account with the ability to buy now pay later, however even if you fail the credit check you will still be eligible after you have placed a few orders and we'll be able to discuss your credit limits

What prices can I sell the products for?

We advise the RRP to give you enough margin to cover overheads such as advertising and p&p, however you can decide your own pricing structure

Where can I sell the products?

Physical retail stores or on your website however if you're planning to list the products on Amazon you'll need permission from the brands in order to list the items on Amazon, if you get in contact with us we will be able to get you in touch with the appropriate people

What is your return policy?

You have 60 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You must also have proof of purchase for the item.
